Hello, my name is Chanel Schweer. I am a mother and a wife, and I have been in the fitness Industry since 2009. I have helped hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals through my customized fitness programs. Whether your goal is to add muscle, lose fat, increase endurance, or become more flexible, allow me the opportunity to discuss what my program can do for you.
I have competed in collegiate and professional athletics, placed top five in numerous NPC (National Physique Committee) fitness competitions, was featured in multiple popular fitness magazines, sponsored by reputable health and fitness brands, and been employed by world class fitness facilities. I earned a Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University, hold multiple fitness certifications, including a CPR/AED certification, and I always enjoy continuing my education. My experience also includes personally being coached by several different world class coaches for athletics to physique competitions.
My entire life has revolved around health and fitness, and that is the number one reason I believe I am a well rounded coach who listens to what my clients need and how to successfully encourage them. I do not believe every client is the same or needs the same type of coaching!

Programming
Personal fitness program includes complimentary consultation. The initial meeting is important to discuss goals, health history, injuries, and take measurements to track progress. In addition, I will do a short fitness assessment that allows me to determine body movement deviations or imbalances including neuromuscular efficiency. If needed, I can also give diet guidance.
