Not a huge fans of veggetables or just looking for alternative ways to cook them? Try these two recipes! They are super easy and oh so yummy!!!
Mashed Cauliflower:
Steam 2 bags of organic cauliflower
Put in blender with fresh garlic, Ms. Dash seasoning, pepper, and 1/8 cup of almond or coconut milk- blend until smooth and enjoy!!
Vegetable Medley:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Chop the following into small squares:
Eggplant
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Tomato
Red onion
(Add any others that you wish)
Sprinkle with garlic, Ms. Dash, and some extra virigin olive oil
Bake for 40 min
Enjoy! Again so good, you'll eat it like candy ;)
