Perfect little cheats!!! I am on a roll with these new recipes!! Here are mini pizzas that taste amazing and aren't loaded with fat and grease! Plus they are a perfect size to curb that pizza craving!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
1 whole wheat pita
1 tbsp of marinara
1/8 cheese of your liking
1/2 tbsp ex virgin olive oil
Italian seasoning or fresh basil
Ground turkey, about 1/4 cup
Spread olive oil and seasoning on top of the pita bread
Spread themarinara sauce and top with the cheese and turkey
Bake for about 12-15 min or until pita is browned
Wait to cool, and enjoy your mini pizza!!!!
