Hey Guys! I posted some new pictures throughout my website, feel free to check them out. This week was another whirlwind, probably because I started my morning cardio sessions seeing that I have 5 weeks until the NPC USA’s! I am thrilled with the muscle I have gained, and plan to keep as much of it as possible while cutting down. Currently, I am about 14% body fat, and plan to get down to 8-9% by showtime. My meal plan is spot on and I feel great.
While the focus remains on training and my clients, my social life is slowly taking a hit. But, I know that it is worth the effort. This is going to be my last show this year, so I want to go out with a bang! (And by “bang”, I mean Pro Card!)
Make sure you are keeping up on your cardio and your weight training! Often I get stopped in stores and people ask me how much cardio I do to get that lean? I smirk and say, “Cardio? I got these muscle from weight training!” I love the look on their faces hehe. Women, don’t forget to lift those weights and eat clean… you WILL see a difference, just keep at it.
